Certified level 2 QHHT practitioner
Katy WOODWORTH
I’ve always had this sneaky suspicion that life didn’t just start here—like, wasn’t there a before? And surely there’s an after too? It’s always felt like we’re all part of some grand, cosmic theater production, playing our roles and improvising as we go.
This curiosity led me down a lifelong path of discovery. In the 1990s, I explored the concept of living from possibility through Landmark Education, devoured countless books, and deepened my meditation practice. My early career was in mental health, where I witnessed the complexities of human emotions and resilience. Later, I transitioned into the corporate world, working in software and technology, fascinated by how rapidly evolving systems were reshaping the way we connect, create, and communicate. The intersection of technology and consciousness became an ongoing area of intrigue—how do these digital structures influence our collective evolution?
Then, in January 2018, everything shifted. My mom had a terrible car accident, and for a moment, I thought she might transition. Sitting by her hospital bed each night, I listened as she described her near-death experience, speaking of a “council” that was weighing in on her decision to stay or go. Meanwhile, YouTube kept pushing Dolores Cannon my way. The messages were clear—QHHT was calling me. One night, I finally listened. I dove into the Level 1 course and was immediately hooked. What started as a whisper became a resounding truth: this was my path.
Since then, I’ve been steadily growing my QHHT practice, guiding people through deep subconscious explorations to uncover past-life wisdom, receive higher guidance, and find clarity in their present lives. My work is about connection—connecting people to their own inner knowing, to their soul’s journey, and to the right people, tools, and communities that help them expand. Whether through QHHT, networking, or simply holding space, I help people navigate the unseen threads that weave their experiences together.
Every step of my journey has been about discovery, connection, and expansion. I believe we’re all here to remember who we truly are, and there’s nothing I love more than walking this path with others—sometimes deep in conversation, sometimes in quiet reflection, but always with a sense of wonder.
My mom made a full recovery from her accident, but in 2023, at the age of 86, she transitioned. My dad followed in 2024 at 91. Their stories are woven deeply into mine, and one of these days, I’ll add a page about my family history—it’s definitely been a wild, beautiful part of this journey.
For those curious about my corporate adventures, you can find the details on LinkedIn.
These days, I live and work in University Place, WA, with my wife and sister. We’re lucky to be near the stunning Puget Sound, where I take every opportunity to be outside—paddleboarding, kayaking, or walking along the beaches, soaking in the rhythm of the waves and the whisper of the trees. When I’m not on the water, you’ll probably find me in the hot shop, shaping molten glass into something unexpected, or deep in meditation, exploring the vast landscapes of the inner world.
Life is an adventure, and I’m here for all of it.
